Petite Floral Designs

A playful introduction to working with fresh flowers.
Designed to feel approachable and creative, these smaller-scale projects allow guests to explore floral design without feeling overwhelmed. Each project offers flexibility, creativity, and plenty of room for personal expression.

Kokedama & Terrariums

Create a kokedama, a Japanese-inspired moss ball planter, or design a custom terrarium layered with soil, stone, and greenery. With step-by-step instruction, guests leave with a living piece that continues to grow long after the workshop ends.

Wreath Workshops

Guests design either a signature Blooms Box arrangement or a seasonal centrepiece using fresh flowers and greenery selected for the season. Projects may be inspired by spring celebrations, summer entertaining, Thanksgiving, holiday gatherings, and more.

Seasonal Outdoor Containers
From $160 per person | Difficulty: Moderate

Available throughout the year, this workshop explores the principles of container design while allowing guests to create a piece that reflects their personal style. Projects may feature seasonal plants, fresh greens, branches, natural materials, or decorative elements depending on the season and design selected.
Each arrangement is created in a 10-inch container, with larger sizes available upon request.

Off-site workshops are popular for corporate events, client appreciation gatherings, private homes, and larger celebrations.

Yes. We provide invoices and receipts, including documentation suitable for corporate or team reimbursement.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and beverages. Light décor such as balloons or table accents is also welcome, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the workspace or materials.
Alcohol is permitted in the studio with the appropriate AGLC Special Event Permit, which must be arranged in advance.

Yes. We regularly host corporate and team workshops both in-studio and off-site. For larger groups, additional planning time may be required. We recommend reaching out early so we can suggest the best format.

Yes. We offer mobile workshops and can bring the Bloom Culture experience to your home, office, or event space.
Off-site workshops include a travel and setup fee, which is based on time and distance traveled, as well as any additional preparation required for your event. All applicable fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

Final guest numbers are confirmed prior to the event. Because flowers, plants, and materials are ordered in advance and cannot be returned, we’re unable to reduce the guest count or offer refunds for individual cancellations once numbers are confirmed.
If plans change, another guest is welcome to attend in someone’s place. Alternatively, you’re welcome to take home the instructor’s finished sample project to gift to someone else.

Private workshops are ideal for gatherings where connection, flexibility, and atmosphere matter as much as the creative project itself.

No. All workshops are beginner-friendly and guided step by step. No prior floral or plant experience is needed.

Most workshops run 1 to 1.5 hours. More detailed projects, such as wreaths or outdoor containers, may run closer to 2 to 2.5 hours. Timing is confirmed based on the project selected.

Yes. All workshops are customizable. This may include seasonal direction, colour palette, project size, holiday themes, or working within a specific per-person budget. Inspiration images are always welcome.

In most cases, all guests work on the same project so we can guide the group smoothly and ensure everyone has a great experience.
Mixed projects are only considered for larger groups where the format and space allow for two instructors. If this is something you’re interested in, please reach out early so we can assess feasibility based on group size, timing, and project selection.

Yes. We can set up a private workshop registration page where each guest registers and pays individually.
The host will still confirm the workshop details and final guest count. Workshop dates are not held until the minimum number of paid registrations is reached. Because materials are ordered in advance, we’re unable to tentatively reserve dates without confirmed commitment.
For workshops using individual registration, the 25 percent non-refundable deposit is fulfilled through guest registrations once the minimum threshold is met. This option must be arranged in advance.

Final payment timing depends on where your workshop is hosted.
For in-studio workshops, full payment and final guest count are due 7 days before the scheduled date.
For off-site workshops, full payment and final guest count are due 10 days before the event.
For larger or commercial groups (12 or more guests), payment and a confirmed guest list are due 14 days in advance.
