Donation Policy

Community Support & Donation Policy

Bloom Culture is a locally owned, independent studio. As a small business, our annual giving capacity is limited and thoughtfully allocated.

We believe in meaningful, reciprocal community relationships. For that reason, we prioritize supporting organizations and individuals who actively support our studio throughout the year. This includes clients, collaborators, and community partners with whom we have an established relationship.

Our approach to giving is relationship-based.

Silent Auctions & Fundraising Events

While we value the important work being done in our community, we are not able to donate to silent auctions or fundraising events without an existing relationship or reciprocal partnership.

As a small business with limited resources, we cannot absorb the cost of product donations without shared visibility, collaboration, or ongoing engagement.

We encourage organizations to support local businesses consistently so that we can continue to give back in sustainable and meaningful ways.

How We Allocate Donations

Each year, we allocate a limited budget to:

• Long-standing community partners
• Organizations we actively collaborate with
• Causes aligned with our values and local impact
• Events connected to current clients or studio relationships

We do not operate an open application donation program.

Requests are reviewed quarterly.
