Bloom Culture is a Calgary-based design studio working across gardens, plants, and florals.

Our work begins outdoors and carries through every layer of a space, shaping how it looks, functions, and evolves over time.

How we work

We design with seasonality in mind and base decisions on what will actually perform.

That means selecting plant material suited to Calgary’s climate and building work that settles in properly rather than needing constant correction.

From Bedworx to Bloom Culture

Bloom Culture began as a small gardening company called Bedworx.

Gardening is not one of our services. It is the base layer everything else is built on.

Founder

Bloom Culture is led by founder and creative director Kari Wrubleski.

Her background in fine gardening continues to shape how the studio approaches planting, seasonality, and long-term results.

Our NW Calgary studio is where we design and build day to day, and is open to the public with a rotating selection of florals, plants, and seasonal pieces.
