Delivery Information
Minimum Order
Local delivery is available for orders over $35.
Delivery Days & Same-Day Delivery
Orders are accepted seven days a week. Deliveries are available Wednesday through Sunday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Orders received after 1:00 p.m., or on Mondays and Tuesdays, will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Delivery Area
Delivery is available throughout Calgary. Additional charges apply to surrounding communities.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure all recipient information is accurate, including unit numbers, building names, and access codes. For apartments, offices, hospitals, and secured buildings, deliveries may be left with reception, concierge, or at the main entrance if direct access is unavailable.
Unattended Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location at the courier's discretion. Bloom Culture is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or product condition after delivery has been completed.
Perishable Products
Any concerns regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
