Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available for orders over $49.00
Same Day Deliveries - Same day deliveries must be made by 12:00 noon
Delivery Areas - Deliveries are available within Calgary and surrounding West communities only (Springbank & Bearspaw)
Delivery Days - Deliveries are currently available Tuesday through Sunday.
Delivery Times - While we’ll do our best to meet your preferred delivery window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to third-party courier scheduling.
Request To Leave Item At Door - If you request that an arrangement be left unattended (e.g., at a doorstep, porch, or yard), you assume full responsibility for the condition and security of the item. While we aim to honor delivery preferences, we strongly discourage leaving arrangements without the recipient present, as we cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or weather-related issues resulting from this request.
During the winter months or below zero temperatures, we WILL NOT leave items outdoors under any circumstances.
Business Deliveries - Business deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please indicate if the delivery is going to a business and provide the business name.
Missed Deliveries - If no one is home to receive a delivery, the item may be left in a safe location, such as with a neighbor or nearby business. In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm availability before attempting delivery.
