FAQs

Can I request specific plants or colours?

Yes. We design with your preferences while ensuring your containers will perform well in your space and conditions.

Do I need to repot them when they arrive?

No. Your planters arrive as inserts, fully planted and established. Simply place them into your existing containers. If you need new vessels, we can design those as well.

What if I’m not home when they arrive?

We coordinate delivery or pickup to ensure your planters stay protected and in good condition.

Do I need to pay in full now?

No. A deposit secures your order. The remaining balance is due in spring prior to delivery. Custom grows are non-refundable once production begins.

How long will they last?

With proper care, your planters are designed to stay balanced and healthy through the full season. Care instructions are included with every order.

What sizes are available?

We offer standard insert sizes for common baskets and containers, and can also design for custom vessels if you’re looking for something new.
