  • We deliver within Calgary and up to 30 km from 3131 68 Street NW. Pickup is also available at our location.

  • For homes, we recommend someone be present to receive flowers. If you request that we leave an arrangement unattended, you accept full responsibility for loss, damage, or weather issues. For businesses, we’ll deliver during regular operating hours and can leave the flowers in a designated reception or delivery area if no one is available. In winter or below-zero temperatures, we will not leave flowers outside under any circumstances.

  • No. Pickup and delivery are priced separately on the product page. The delivery price includes the delivery fee.

  • Subscriptions feature seasonal, designer’s choice stems and textures. No two deliveries are the same.

  • Our subscriptions are built using designer’s choice seasonal flowers, so every delivery is unique. If you have a favourite colour palette, style, or specific flowers you love, let us know and we’ll do our best to incorporate them when they’re available.

  • Bouquets require a vase. If you don’t have one, we can provide one with your first order for a small additional charge. Garden jars and Blooms Boxes arrive in their own vessel.

  • We offer standard and deluxe sizes for all formats. Size and fullness vary depending on the flowers in season.

  • Choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly delivery. You can change your frequency at any time.

  • Yes. You can pause or cancel by contacting us at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery or pickup.

  • With basic care, most arrangements last 5 to 7+ days. Refresh the water, trim stems, and keep out of direct heat and sunlight.

  • Yes. We can wrap for gifting and include a message card at no extra cost.

  • Billing follows the frequency you choose. Select your preferred start date at checkout, or we will confirm it with you after your order.
