Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available for orders over $49.00 (Tues & Fridays)
Same Day Deliveries - Same day deliveries must be made by 12:00 noon
Delivery Areas - Deliveries are available within Calgary and surrounding West communities only (Springbank & Bearspaw)
Delivery Days - Deliveries are currently available two days a week - Tuesdays and Fridays
Delivery Times - Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We offer two delivery time windows (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for an additional cost. We deliver between 10 and 4 pm.
Request To Leave Item At Door - The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements.We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request
During the winter months or below zero temperatures we will absolutely not leave any items outdoors.
Business Deliveries - Business deliveries are dropped off between 10 am and 4pm. Please indicate if the delivery is going to a business and provide the business name
Missed Deliveries - in the event that no one is home ro receive a delivery, the item will be left somewhere safe such as with a neighbour or other business. In some cases, the florist will be in contact with the recipient to ensure that they will be home prior to delivery
Bloom culture is not responsible for coordinating delivery times with the recipient
