FAQs

  • We deliver within Calgary and up to 30 km from 3131 68 Street NW. Pickup is also available at our location.

  • No. Pickup and delivery are priced separately on the product page. The delivery price includes the delivery fee.

  • Subscriptions feature seasonal, designer’s choice stems and textures. No two deliveries are the same.

  • Subscriptions use seasonal designer’s choice flowers, but share your preferences and we’ll include them when possible.

  • Bouquets require a vase. If you don’t have one, we can provide one with your first order for a small additional charge. Garden jars and Blooms Boxes arrive in their own vessel.

  • We offer classic and deluxe sizes for all formats. Size and fullness vary depending on the flowers in season.

  • Choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly delivery. You can change your frequency at any time.

  • Yes. You can pause or cancel by contacting us at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery or pickup.

  • Yes. We can wrap for gifting and include a message card at no extra cost.

  • Billing follows the frequency you choose. Select your preferred start date at checkout, or we will confirm it with you after your order.

  • Yes. We design ongoing floral programs for offices, retail spaces, and shared environments.
