Design & Customization
What flowers will I receive?
Seasonal, designer’s choice stems and textures. Each arrangement reflects what is at its best that week.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Yes. We’ll work within your preferences when the season allows, while keeping the design aligned with what performs best.
What sizes are available?
Classic and Deluxe. Fullness and stem count shift naturally with the season.
Do I need a vase?
Bouquets require a vase (available for purchase with your first order). Garden Jars and Blooms Boxes include their own vessel.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. We can wrap for gifting and include a message card at no extra cost.
Commercial Subscriptions
Do you offer subscriptions for offices or commercial spaces?
Yes. We design ongoing floral programs for offices, retail spaces, and shared environments.
Can you customize for larger spaces or multiple locations?
Yes. We can structure a schedule, scale, and design approach based on your space, traffic, and layout.
Do you handle setup and refresh?
Yes. For commercial clients, we can coordinate delivery, placement, and ongoing refresh so the work stays consistent without internal coordination.
Care & Quality
How long will my flowers last?
Typically 5–10 days, depending on the variety and environment. Each delivery includes care guidance.
Are care instructions included?
Yes. Simple, practical steps are included with every order.
Changes & Billing
How often will I be billed?
Billing follows your delivery frequency: weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Is billing automatic?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed automatically and continue until paused or cancelled.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Yes. Changes must be made at least 7 days before your next delivery.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract required, but consistency is where subscriptions perform best.
Gifting & Special Requests
Can I order multiple subscriptions as gifts or for a team?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple deliveries for clients, staff, or ongoing gifting.
Can I request something specific for an occasion?
Yes. We can adjust an upcoming delivery for birthdays, holidays, or events.

Always. Each delivery reflects what is freshest and most available at that time of year.
