Delivery Policy
Minimum Order for Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $35.00.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Same day deliveries must be sent via our courier direct option.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is available within Calgary. Additional delivery surcharges apply for surrounding communities, including Springbank, Bearspaw, Chestermere, and other outlying areas.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Sunday. Monday deliveries may be accommodated by special request.
Delivery Timing
While we will do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to third-party courier routing, traffic, weather, and delivery volume.
Third-Party Courier & Recipient Responsibility
Bloom Culture uses a third-party courier service and does not call ahead unless specifically requested. The sender is responsible for ensuring the recipient is available to receive the delivery. The courier may leave the item unattended if no one is present.
Unattended Deliveries & Weather Conditions
If an arrangement is left unattended (e.g., at a doorstep, porch, lobby, or reception), the sender and recipient assume full responsibility for the condition and security of the item. Bloom Culture is not responsible for loss, theft, freezing, weather damage, or delays once delivery has been completed.
Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, phone number, unit number, building name, and access codes. Bloom Culture is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Apartments, Condos, and Secured Buildings
For apartments, condos, offices, hospitals, and secured buildings, delivery may be completed at the lobby, concierge, reception, or main entrance if direct access to the recipient is not available.
Business Deliveries
Business deliveries are typically completed between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please include the business name, suite number, and recipient contact information when ordering.
Recipient Contact
Bloom Culture will only contact the recipient if permission is provided at the time of ordering. Bloom Culture is not responsible for coordinating delivery timing directly with the recipient.
Perishable Products
Flowers are perishable products. Any concerns regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
