FAQs
Can I request specific plants or colors?
Yes. We design with your preferences while making sure your containers will thrive in your conditions.
Do I need to repot them when they arrive?
No. Your planters arrive as inserts. They are fully planted and established. Simply drop them into the vessels you already have at home or at your business. If you would like a new container, we can design that too.
What if I’m not home when they arrive?
We will coordinate pickup or delivery so your planters stay safe and fresh.
Do I need to pay in full now?
No. A deposit secures your booking. The balance is due in spring, closer to delivery. Due to nature of order, there are NO refunds.
How long will they last?
With the right care, your planters will stay full and healthy all summer. We will provide care tips with your order.
What sizes are available?
We design standard inserts for common basket and container sizes. We can also work with custom vessels if you would like something new.
